Waller represented Chicago-based private equity firm Cressey and Company in acquiring a majority ownership position in InnerChange, a nationally-recognized provider of residential treatment, therapeutic services and accredited academics to young women with behavioral, emotional and substance abuse problems. The growth recapitalization of InnerChange was made in partnership with Innerchange's existing management team.
