Waller’s Labor and Employment team is seeking experienced lateral associates with 2-5 years of meaningful employment litigation experience for our Nashville office. Candidates should look forward to significant responsibility on client matters, including participation at depositions, hearings, and trials and direct contact with clients, opposing counsel, and government investigators. Candidates should enjoy working as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced and light-hearted working environment. Our practice is nationwide so interest in travel is also preferred. Corporate Associate, Nashville
Associate with 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, securities filings, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments. Attorneys with specific experience focused in the healthcare industry are preferred, especially those familiar with complex hospital transactions, but it is not a requirement for this position. Associates eager to work in a team-based environment and make both immediate and long-term contributions to the firm will benefit from direct client contact and the mentoring afforded by this group. While there is a significant focus on the healthcare sector, the group also represents clients active in the financial services, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, automotive, technology, media and wireless industries.
