Limited complimentary parking is available in the building. Please enter the garage from Union Street (behind the Tennessee Performing Arts Center). Alternate parking is available at the Hermitage Hotel (Sixth Avenue North between Union & Church Streets) or McKendree Parking Center (Sixth Avenue North between Church and Commerce Streets).

Waller Lansden announces that the law firm is hosting the 2010 Sustainability Breakfast Series, six complimentary programs focusing on sustainability issues related to city planning, transportation, and the built environment in and around Nashville.

These events will bring together leading minds within the community—business leaders, government officials, and others—who will share their perspectives on a wide range of topics relating to sustainability. Our objective is to get below the surface of the issues, involving differing opinions, and provide fertile ground where innovative ideas can blossom and different parties can work in concert. Each session will include a moderated panel to kick-off the conversation. We invite you to take part in the meaningful dialogue about Nashville's sustainable future.

February 4
Green building for Healthcare: Changes in the market.

March 4
Striving for energy efficiency and alternative energy: Creating synergy in Tennessee's built environment.

April 8
Increasing connectivity: What transportation changes should be coming down the pipeline in Nashville and Middle Tennessee

May 6
Retrofitting yesterday's buildings to meet tomorrow's energy demands: To replace or to retrofit-that is the questions?

June 3
Striving to become the greenest city in the Southeast-What we can do to achieve this goal.
