She provides counsel on real estate matters and contract matters to a private equity-backed hospitality company operating more than 200 restaurants across 20+ states, and represents a national parking company operating more than a thousand locations throughout the country. Additionally, Tracy represents companies – including real estate developers – in the sale and acquisition of improved and unimproved property.
