John Claybrook is a partner with Waller Lansden's Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice focuses primarily on representation of and counsel to healthcare companies and other healthcare service providers locally, regionally and nationally in all aspects of the clients' use and development of real property, including acquisition, divestiture, leasing, financing and de novo medical office building (MOB) and outpatient facility development. His professional experience includes representation of various public and privately held healthcare concerns including owner/operators of acute-care and specialty hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, dialysis, diagnostic imaging and in-patient hospice facilities, and requires knowledge of and experience with the unique regulatory environment impacting healthcare real estate transactions. Mr. Claybrook is a Member of the American Health Lawyers Association. In addition to his experience in the healthcare industry, Mr. Claybrook represents clients in other industries as diverse as metal reclamation, automobile and other heavy industrial manufacturing, hospitality and agriculture.
