Steven Connor is an associate with Waller Lansden, and his practice focuses on corporate finance and commercial lending. Additionally, Mr. Connor has experience in corporate transactions as well as in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Mr. Connor’s recent commercial finance experience includes assisting a healthcare technology company with obtaining a $135,000,000 credit facility and representing a national hospice services provider in securing a $59,000,000 loan. He also represented the healthcare finance division of a publicly traded company in connection with providing a $30,000,000 credit facility and provided counsel to a diversified financial services company in loans with an aggregate value in excess of $60,000,000.
In transactional matters, Mr. Connor has represented a Nasdaq-listed hospital company in the disposition of several hospitals, including seller-financed transactions.
Mr. Connor’s experience also includes corporate reorganizations and workouts in healthcare and other industries.
