Carla Fenswick is a partner at Waller Lansden in the firm's Real Estate practice. She has extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate development and commercial leasing of office space and office buildings. Ms. Fenswick has negotiated the sale and acquisition of real property, both improved and unimproved for clients in a wide range of industries. Her practice includes the preparation and negotiation of agreements for construction and design projects, including American Institute of Architects agreement forms. She negotiates on behalf of clients with construction firms and financial lenders in commercial and real property development transactions.
Representing a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust (REIT), Ms. Fenswick provides counsel on day-to-day real estate operations involving construction contractors. To assist the client in this area, she developed a customized portfolio of construction and design contracts. She also represents the REIT in sale, acquisition and leasing of properties throughout the country.
Ms. Fenwick's experience also includes the negotiation of cellular network lease agreements for a national wireless communications provider.
