  • Representation of the healthcare finance division of a publicly traded company in connection with providing an $18,000,000 loan to a specialty pharmaceutical company
  • Representation of the healthcare finance division of a publicly traded company in connection with providing a $20,000,000 revolving loan to a medical technology company
  • Representation of a privately held home health company in obtaining an $8,500,000 senior secured credit facility
  • Representation of an international pharmaceutical company in providing $3,000,000 to a strategic target pharmaceutical company in connection with the negotiation of a letter of intent
  • Representation of the healthcare finance division of a publicly traded company in connection with providing a $28,000,000 senior secured credit facility to finance the acquisition of a prosthetics manufacturing company
  • Representation of an institutional pharmacy company in obtaining a $43,000,000 senior secured credit facility
