Cabot Hyde is a partner at Waller Lansden and concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Hyde advises both public and private clients as well as early stage growth companies, in matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions to debt and equity financing. In commercial finance matters, Mr. Hyde's experience includes public and private offerings on behalf of issuers and investment banking firms. He also represents venture capital and private equity funds and issuers in financing and investment transactions, including the formation of venture capital partnerships. Additionally, Mr. Hyde advises companies on a variety of other corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, securities disclosure matters, strategic advice and start-up concerns.
