Miranda Kelley is a partner with Waller Lansden and practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Recently, Ms. Kelley provided counsel in the divestiture of a major retail insurance subsidiary and the significant divestiture of an automobile manufacturer's transportation and logistics subsidiary based in Tennessee with international operations. Ms. Kelley assisted a hospice company in its formation through the acquisition of four hospice entities and a hospice management company in a transaction with a combined value of more than $50 million.
Ms. Kelley's practice experience also includes numerous real estate syndications and the periodic reporting of equity and debt offerings required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for a NYSE-listed bank holding company.
