Tonya Matthews is an attorney at Waller Lansden. Ms. Matthews' practice is focused on commercial real estate, commercial lending and corporate law. She represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate and finance matters, including the purchase, sale, leasing and development of commercial properties of all types. Within the context of these transactions, Ms. Matthews' experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial real estate and financing documents, negotiating agreements, performing due diligence and conducting closings.
Ms. Matthews recently assisted in securing a $475 million credit facility for the nation's leading behavioral healthcare services provider. She also assisted a national wireless communications in the asset purchase agreement of cellular sites, network infrastructure, site leases and associated network equipment in 14 western states.
