Will Morrow is a partner with Waller Lansden. He focuses on transactions and other corporate matters for clients in healthcare, wireless telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and banking, among other industries. Mr. Morrow has extensive experience representing companies and sponsors on both buy and sell-side engagements, as well as securities and financing matters. Recently, he has led several distressed asset transaction teams in deals completed both in and outside of bankruptcy court proceedings. 
 
Mr. Morrow’s recent M&A engagements include representing the investors in a healthcare information technology company in the sale of a controlling interest to a strategic buyer, representing several healthcare companies in acquisitions of acute care and specialty hospitals, and multiple engagements for acquirors of outpatient services assets. Mr. Morrow regularly represents one of the nation’s largest wireless communications company in acquisitions of companies, assets and spectrum across the United States, including via distressed transactions. His recent public deals include a foreign company’s acquisition of a publicly listed U.S. pharma company. Mr. Morrow also has extensive experience in joint ventures and transactions involving physician ownership, including numerous recent deals involving asset transfers and joint ventures of healthcare assets. 
 
Mr. Morrow was based in London for a portion of his career, and has broad experience in cross-border transactions representing both the domestic and the foreign interest. Recent experience includes representations of European companies making distressed investments in the U.S. pharmaceuticals industry as well as foreign acquisitions of U.S. manufacturing and renewable energy operations.
 
Mr. Morrow has been recognized as one of Nashville's "Forty Under Forty" business leaders by the Nashville Business Journal. He was also recognized as a Benchmark Lawyer in Euromoney Institutional Investor magazine's annual survey. Mr. Morrow is broadly published on corporate topics, including recent publications in the Deal and other leading journals on the subject of distressed asset acquisitions. He speaks regularly on corporate and M&A topics. He currently serves as the Board President for First Steps, Inc., a local charitable organization serving children with special needs.
 
Mr. Morrow is a member of both the New York and Tennessee bar. Prior to joining Waller Lansden, he was with the New York and London offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
