Tommy Peebles is counsel with Waller Lansden practicing in the areas of business, civil and tort litigation. Mr. Peebles' practice has a significant focus on eminent domain issues. He has represented both condemning authorities and landowners in eminent domain and condemnation matters involving natural gas pipelines, power lines, sewer lines, roads and airport runways, and he has provided counsel on all aspects of these projects, including location, land acquisition, construction and operation.
Additionally, Mr. Peebles provides counsel to businesses and individuals in matters involving real estate disputes. Mr. Peebles also has extensive experience representing employers, as well as employees, in workers' compensation disputes in a wide range of industries.
