Rick Pensinger is a partner at Waller Lansden and practices in the area of real estate law. Mr. Pensinger has extensive experience representing clients involved in the sale, acquisition and lease of commercial real estate.
Mr. Pensinger represents a leading wireless communications company with the development, leasing and acquisition of network facilities throughout the country. Recently, he assisted the company in the $400 million acquisition of cellular sites, wireless network infrastructure, site leases and associated network equipment in 14 western states.
Mr. Pensinger also provides counsel to Real Estate Investment Trusts, assisting REITs with both real estate acquisition and the leasing of properties to third parties.
