Keith Thompson is an associate with Waller Lansden and practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law.

He also represents public and private companies in connection with securities offerings, proxy statements and compliance with reporting obligations under federal securities laws. Mr. Thompson has experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, employment and consulting agreements and other commercial contracts.
