Beth Vessel is a partner at Waller Lansden and practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and general business transaction law.
Ms. Vessel recently assisted with equity financing related to the acquisition of an institutional pharmacy business serving more than 20,000 long-term-care and prison beds in the Northeast. During her career with Waller Lansden, Ms. Vessel has worked on over 50 private placement memorandums, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, primarily in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Vessel also has worked on several pre-merger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, including a $560 million transaction in the healthcare industry, the divestiture of a major retail insurance subsidiary and the significant divestiture of an automobile manufacturer's transportation and logistics subsidiary based in Tennessee with international operations.
