Jennifer McGugin is an associate with Waller Lansden in the firm's corporate and commercial transactions practice. Ms. McGugin's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. She recently assisted in the asset acquisition of a healthcare practice management company in a transaction that involved both private equity funding and debt financing. Ms. McGugin also recently assisted a publicly traded hospital company in the sale of the assets of three hospitals.
Ms. McGugin's experience also includes healthcare receivables lending and second lien financing. Recently, she represented an established healthcare lending company in the negotiation and closing of two $45 million credit facilities with both senior secured and second lien components.
Additionally, Ms. McGugin regularly advises clients regarding periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and has assisted in the public offering of stock for a Nasdaq traded company. She also has assisted companies in the private offering of securities.
