Kyong Choi is an associate with Waller Lansden practicing in commercial real estate and construction. Mr. Choi represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of property, including undeveloped land and improved commercial property. Additionally, he provides counsel to both landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leasing transactions including warehouse and distribution facilities, shopping center outparcels and in-line retail space, as well as general office space, communications facilities and healthcare facilities.
