Daniel Flournoy is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Finance and Restructuring practice. Mr. Flournoy represents creditors, lenders and corporate clients in commercial finance transactions, bankruptcy matters, and corporate reorganizations. He has assisted public and private healthcare finance companies in providing revolving loans and senior secured credit facilities to a wide range of healthcare companies. Additionally, Mr. Flournoy assisted a publicly traded healthcare provider in extending its $300 million revolving credit facility.
Mr. Flournoy also represents banks and financial institutions in matters involving construction loan defaults related to real estate development projects and other bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Flournoy’s experience also includes mergers and acquisitions in the electronic payments and financial technology industry.
