David Green is an associate with Waller Lansden’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice. His experience includes representing publicly traded and privately held companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic business transactions. Mr. Green also advises clients in general corporate matters, including the formation and organization of entities and joint venture arrangements. Additionally, Mr. Green advises clients regarding securities laws compliance and periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Mr. Green’s recent representative experience includes: representation of a privately held home health company in obtaining an $32,500,000 senior secured credit facility, representation of a publicly traded real estate investment trust in corporate and securities matters, including recent public equity and debt offerings and the establishment of an equity sale program, and representation of a group of private equity investors in the acquisition of a distressed pharmacy company.
