Allyson Harper is an associate in Waller Lansden's Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice. Focusing primarily on the healthcare industry, she practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law, representing both private and public healthcare companies. Ms. Harper's experience includes advising a privately held hospital company in the $86 million acquisition of a 220-bed acute-care hospital and assisting a publicly held behavioral healthcare services provider acquire psychiatric facilities across the country.
Ms. Harper also assists in private placement offerings and has been involved in joint ventures with physicians and physician groups. Additionally, she advises clients regarding securities law compliance and periodic reporting required by the Securities Act of 1934.
