Representative Experience
In products liability litigation, Ms. Leffall defended national pharmaceutical companies in mass tort claims involving birth control pills.
In mass tort litigation, Ms. Leffall represented several automobile manufacturers in products liability claims involving vehicle components.
In a commercial lease enforcement action for a real estate holding company, Ms. Leffall obtained a favorable judgment against the tenant for rent and damages. Ms. Leffall has also assisted a healthcare company in the enforcement of lease agreements between it and its tenants. She also represents financial institutions and other companies seeking to enforce their rights under mortgage and lease agreements.
In complex litigation, Ms. Leffall represented a customer program provider in a business tort and antitrust lawsuit against a competitor.
For an automobile parts manufacturer and a retail company, Ms. Leffall successfully obtained temporary restraining orders against former employees and/or affiliates to prevent the disclosure of confidential information and improper transfer of funds, respectively.
