Katie Agnew is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice. She practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and securities law, representing a range of both public and private companies, including hospital operators, surgery center companies and life sciences companies. She recently assisted an investor-owned hospital corporation in connection with a $145 million acquisition of a four-hospital, tax-exempt healthcare system.
Ms. Agnew’s securities law experience includes private securities offerings, public offerings from shelf registration statements, and periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Agnew was an investment banking analyst with Kurt Salmon Associates, Capital Advisors.
