Bethany Kolenic is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice. Representing a wide range of healthcare clients, Ms. Kolenic provides counsel to hospital companies, behavioral healthcare providers, life sciences companies and outpatient service providers on corporate and transactional matters. She recently assisted an international pharmaceutical firm in two acquisitions of publicly traded U.S. pharmaceutical companies, and has assisted in private placement offerings involving ambulatory surgery centers. Ms. Kolenic also advises clients regarding periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Additionally, Ms. Kolenic advises publicly traded and privately held healthcare providers regarding health information technology matters related to data security, electronic medical records, and state and regulatory compliance.
