Brian Malcom is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Trial and Appellate Litigation practice, with a concentration in financial services litigation.
Mr. Malcom represents banks, lenders and other financial institutions in litigation matters. He currently represents the indenture trustee in connection with litigation against Jefferson County, Alabama related to defaults of more than $3,200,000,000 in pledged revenue bonds.
He also has experience in products liability, healthcare litigation, commercial litigation, lien and bond claims, and municipal bankruptcy.
