Charles Traughber is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Real Estate practice. His practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property. Mr. Traughber’s experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements and retail and medical office leases, performing due diligence and conducting closings. He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving shopping center space, wireless telecommunications facilities, healthcare facilities and other commercial properties. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Traughber was a Human Resources Analyst with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.
