Emily Zibart is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Intellectual Property practice. Focusing primarily on healthcare information technology, Ms. Zibart advises publicly traded and privately held healthcare providers regarding information technology matters related to data security, electronic payor systems, electronic health records, privacy, identity protection, and state and federal regulatory compliance. Ms. Zibart also advises healthcare clients with respect to software licensing, confidentiality agreements and information technology outsourcing arrangements. Additionally, Ms. Zibart assists clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial services and product distribution industries with information technology and other intellectual property issues.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Zibart was a Marketing Assistant with Time Warner Book Group.
