Bahar Azhdari is an associate with Waller Lansden practicing in the area of labor and employment law. Ms. Azhdari represents employers in matters involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge. Since joining Waller Lansden, Ms. Azhdari has assisted in the defense of lawsuits and charges brought under state and federal law including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Tennessee Human Rights Act.
