Susie Bilbro is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Tax and ERISA practice, and focuses on areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. Ms. Bilbro advises both public and private clients on issues related to employee welfare and benefit plans in corporate mergers and acquisitions. She also drafts executive non-qualified deferred compensation and transaction bonus arrangements and counsels clients with respect to the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA aspects of benefit plans and compensation arrangements. Ms. Bilbro designs and assists with the implementation and administration of equity-based compensation. Additionally, her experience includes the preparation of voluntary correction program submissions involving qualified retirement and welfare benefit plans.
Prior to joining Waller Lansden, Ms. Bilbro was an associate with the Atlanta law firms Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP.
