James Bowden is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Corporate practice. His experience includes transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate finance as well as general corporate law. Mr. Bowden recently assisted in the acquisition of a behavioral healthcare facility by a publicly traded healthcare services provider.
