Hamilton Patrick is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Real Estate practice. Mr. Patrick assists clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial real estate in the wireless communications, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare industries.
On behalf of his commercial real estate clients, Mr. Patrick negotiates and drafts commercial real estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements and retail, office, and ground leases. He also performs due diligence, conducts closings, and represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving, among other things, shopping center space, general office space, and healthcare facilities.
Mr. Patrick has recently represented the following entities:
A publicly-traded retailer in the negotiation of a significant volume of leases along with other ancillary documents and agreements for sites located across the United States
A national restaurant chain in the acquisition, disposition, operation and leasing of multiple locations
