Janae Magee is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Finance and Restructuring practice. In the area of bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, Ms. Magee assists in the representation of financial institutions and indenture trustees with respect to bond issues and distressed loans.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Magee earned her Paralegal Certificate, with honors, from the University of San Diego and served as a paralegal with the law firm Kennedy & Richards, LLP in San Diego.
