Katie Molloy is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Labor and Employment practice. Ms. Molloy defends employers in a wide range of industries against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge. Her experience includes investigating and assisting in the defense of lawsuits and charges brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Tennessee Human Rights Act and other state and federal laws. Prior to joining Waller Lansden, Ms. Molloy was an associate with King & Ballow where, in addition to labor and employment matters, her practice included general litigation.
