Mike Bracken is an associate in Waller Lansden’s Corporate practice. His experience includes transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate finance as well as general corporate law. Mr. Bracken provides counsel in transactional matters to a wide range of companies in the healthcare industry. His experience includes the representation of a private equity fund in its sale of an institutional pharmacy company to a publicly traded provider of pharmaceutical care for seniors. He also assisted a privately held hospital company in its $106 million acquisition of a two-hospital nonprofit system. Additionally, Mr. Bracken assisted a nonprofit healthcare provider in its purchase of a majority ownership stake in a Texas-based ambulatory surgery center company.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bracken was a Senior Analyst and Financial Planner in the Private Banking and Investment Group of Merrill Lynch.
