Justin Leach is a partner with Waller Lansden and practices in the area of commercial real estate law. Mr. Leach represents clients in various types of strategic real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property. Additionally, he provides counsel to both landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leasing transactions including warehouse and distribution facilities, shopping center outparcels and in-line retail space, as well as general office space, communications facilities and healthcare facilities.
Mr. Leach’s recent experience in real estate transactions includes:
Representation of a developer/owner in the sale of ground-leased medical office buildings to a public REIT
Representation of a national retailer in negotiation of new anchor space leases in shopping centers throughout the eastern United States
Representation of a national office tenant in subleases of surplus office space in various markets across the United States
