Labor and Employment Practice Group Waller Lansden’s Labor and Employment Practice Group has an opportunity for a labor and employment associate to join its team in Nashville. Our attorneys represent Fortune 500 employers throughout the country in labor and employment litigation and proactive day-to-day advice and counsel. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent written and oral advocacy skills and top academic credentials. Preference will be given to defense litigators with three to five years of federal employment litigation experience, with an emphasis on the defense of claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
