Labor and Employment Practice Group
Waller Lansden has opportunities in its Labor and Employment Practice Group for experienced candidates with substantive experience defending employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the defense of claims brought under Title VII, the ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills are a must. Federal judicial clerkship experience is also preferred, though not required.
