Corporate Associate
Waller Lansden has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate with 3+ yrs experience for our Nashville office. To qualify, candidates should have experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions (company and investor-side), corporate governance matters and general corporate counseling of private and public companies.
Healthcare Regulatory Associate
Waller Lansden has an opening for a senior associate in our Healthcare Regulatory practice. This associate will work closely with clients to help them with federal and state regulatory issues impacting both day-to-day operations and transactional matters. This includes making sure clients are up-to-date and fully compliant with the challenging regulatory demands of Medicare payment issues, Stark II, state and federal anti-kickback compliance along with the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, Joint Commission standards and health information privacy rules. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of healthcare regulatory compliance experience.

Labor & Employment Paralegal
Waller Lansden has an opportunity for a paralegal in our Labor and Employment Practice Group. Waller Lansden's labor and employment team represents some of the nation’s largest employers in litigation throughout the country. If you work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced and light-hearted working environment, we’d like to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of substantive experience with litigation, specifically in the labor and employment area, and have experience drafting EEOC statements. Paralegal Certificate required.
