Waller Lansden also defends hospitality companies in general litigation matters and provides advice regarding risk management issues critical to the successful operation of restaurants and hotels.
Additionally, Waller Lansden currently serves as national real estate counsel for restaurant chain that has developed and opened more than 20 new locations throughout the country in the past year. We also have extensive experience assisting commercial real estate developers in large-scale mixed-use projects that include hotels and restaurants.
