We are recognized for our longstanding commitment to our communities.

For more than one hundred years, members of our team have worked to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Applying our commitment, passion and intellect, we are dedicated to improving the communities in which we live and work.

We single out specific charities to be the recipient of the firm's charitable dollars. We regularly volunteer our time and offer monetary support to more than 100 organizations. We are the only law firm among the top 25 largest contributors to the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, having contributed more than $1.5 million over the years.

Everyone can serve.

In 2018, in observation of the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination, the entire Waller community observed this event in a way we hope that Dr. King would find most appropriate: in service to our communities. Since then, Waller has annually conducted a Week of Service where the firm allows all employees time away from the office to give back to a variety of community organizations. We have volunteered more than 1,200 hours as part of this effort.

Waller attorneys and paralegals are committed to providing pro bono representation to those in need, regularly contributing their time and knowledge to a variety of organizations, including the Nashville Pro Bono Program, the Nashville Bar Association, Civil-Legal Advocate Program, the Citizen Clinics and LGBT Legal Clinics. We accept case assignments, volunteer our time and serve as the only Nashville law firm taking pro bono Protection Order cases from Legal Aid.
