Candidates are required to have knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of healthcare facilities, including, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, hospices, home health agencies, pharmacies, and physician group practices.

Excellent research skills are required.

Must be prepared to monitor changes in federal and state laws and regulations that may impact current licenses, including, relocations, change of ownership, company legal name changes, doing-business-as (DBAs), etc.

Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with governmental agencies and regulatory processing personnel are needed.

Discretion and confidentiality are critical.

Candidates should be proficient with computer applications, such as Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe Pro. 

Skilled at working independently and as part of a team.
