MUSC forms joint venture with Tribe513

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) sought to form a joint venture with Tribe513, a group of more than 60 local independent medical providers serving 60,000 patients. The deal included the creation of a new management services organization (MSO) and extended the company's footprint into the northern region of South Carolina.

Waller negotiated the joint venture agreement and the MSO agreement, which is a template for contracting with physicians throughout South Carolina to affiliate with MUSC.
