Physical Rehabilitation Network gains new equity interest owner

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), a leading outpatient physical therapy provider in the Western United States, gained a new equity interest owner when Silver Oak Services Partners sold its interest to Gryphon Investors. Silver Oak announced plans to reinvest in the company at close.
