A LifePoint Health affiliate reached an agreement to sell its majority ownership interest in Capital Medical Center (CMC) to MultiCare Health System. CMC is a 107-bed community hospital currently owned through a partnership among LifePoint, community physicians, and UW Medicine. UW Medicine owns a small interest in CMC that MultiCare will also acquire as part of this transaction.

Waller served as lead transaction counsel to LifePoint Health.
