Subcontractor pursues payment dispute

A mechanical subcontractor entered AAA arbitration proceedings in connection with its $2 million payment dispute with a general contractor on a 930,000 square foot, $175 million LG manufacturing plant project on behalf of a Fortune 250 owner, including filing a mechanics' and materialmen's lien against the project property.

Waller represented the subcontractor and obtained a favorable settlement for the client through mediation after successfully compelling the state court action to arbitration and before arbitration evidentiary hearing.
