Toy company wins patent infringement case

A toy manufacturer and distributor became involved in a patent infringement matter when a competitor was advertising a non-infringing product on but fulfilling orders with a product that infringed on the manufacturer’s IP. Waller had already secured an agreement for the competitor to discontinue the infringing product, but they were still fulfilling orders with the infringing product in order to deplete their stock.

Waller assisted the toy manufacturer and distributor in the matter and were successful in getting Amazon to remove advertising for any products in the line of items that were in contention.
