HCA Healthcare, Inc., one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers, completed its purchase of a majority stake in Brookdale Health Care Services, Brookdale Senior Living Inc.’s home health, hospice and outpatient therapy business. The joint venture is aimed at improving health care service offerings inside Brookdale communities, while expanding HCA’s post-acute care services.
