Acadia Healthcare, a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services, has formed a joint venture with Geisinger Health to expand access to behavioral health services throughout central and northeastern Pennsylvania by building two new behavioral health facilities. Geisinger Health is one of Pennsylvania’s premier, integrated healthcare systems. The first of these facilities is slated to open in 2022, with the second expected to follow in 2023.

Waller represented Acadia Healthcare as transaction and healthcare regulatory counsel.
