HCA Healthcare (HCA), one of the leading providers of healthcare services in the United States, acquired Northcrest Medical Center, which became a part of HCA’s subsidiary, TriStar Health. TriStar Health now has 11 hospitals with the addition of NorthCrest, which is a 109-bed acute care hospital. The purchase also included two urgent care centers which became CareNow Urgent Care Clinics, and several physician practice locations.

Waller served as healthcare, real estate and tax counsel for HCA.
