HCA Healthcare acquired Richmond, Va.-based BetterMed, an urgent care practice with 12 locations. BetterMed has joined HCA’s CareNow Urgent Care centers. The addition of these centers expands HCA Healthcare’s network of urgent care centers to over 240 nationwide with 13 in Virginia.
Waller served as lead transaction counsel to HCA in the transaction and also provided healthcare regulatory, real estate and tax support.
