HCA Healthcare, Inc. acquired Satilla Regional Medical Center, an acute care hospital serving southeast Georgia. The hospital became the latest to integrate into HCA's South Atlantic Division and adopted a new name, Memorial Satilla Health.

Waller provided corporate, regulatory, intellectual property and tax services to HCA Healthcare in its acquisition of Memorial Satilla Health.
